9-year-old boy’s shelter for stray animals
Animal homelessness is a serious issue for animals everywhere in the world.
The World Health Organization believes that there are more than 200 million homeless animals in the world, despite the fact that it is practically impossible to keep count.
Sadly, it doesn’t seem like the issue will be fixed very soon!
And while the majority of people don’t care about saving innocent creatures, some are prepared to go to tremendous measures to protect those with legs.
And this young Filipino child, age 9, is undoubtedly one of those compassionate people.
Since he was a young child, Ken had always wished to operate his own refuge.
He has always been a nice and giving person who was eager to assist those in need.
How better to illustrate that than by taking care of defenceless animals?
When some people made the decision to give to his cause, Ken’s wish came true.
They assisted the young child and his father in converting a garage into a refuge.
But because such a kind act is usually appreciated, it didn’t take long for Ken’s story to go viral and lots of individuals to express interest in helping him out.
Ken wants to continue what he began and assist as many animals as he can. His generosity is without limits.
