The woman welcomed the kitty inside her home, which went directly to her dog.
Many animals have an innate maternal instinct. Even if they don’t have babies, they still know what to do when faced with a tiny, helpless creature.
This is exactly what happened to a dog and a stray cat which approached her. One day, Lucy and her faithful dog Toast went for a walk when they saw a small cat near their house.
The kitten was thin, but surprisingly obedient.
Toast later joined her for a meal and you can just see how adorably they drink together.
When the kitten saw Lucy and Toast on the street, he immediately began to meow and hurriedly went towards Toast. When the kitten found its way to the poop, Lucy asked Toast to be gentle with the little cat.
They left the kitten on the street, believing that his mother is still around. Lucy didn’t want to separate the little kitten from its parent, so Lucy and Toast left the area and returned home only for the mother cat to arrive.
However, they were surprised to see a skinny kitten behind them.
When Lucy welcomed the kitten into her home, the kitten immediately bonded with her dog Toast. Wherever Toast went, the kitten followed her, even up the long flights of stairs.
Toast somehow became the mother of a little cat. The next morning, Lucy went to fry food. The kitten jumped onto Toast’s tray to eat, and Toast just watched the hungry kitten feed itself.
