Baby penguin got into an oil slick but managed to be saved.š„¹š¤
Once an incredible penguin named Jinjin is a resident of the Argentine and Chilean coasts. Every year this penguin sails to Brazil in order to express gratitude to the man who saved his life. The man named Joao is now 71 years old. He works as a bricklayer in a village near Rio de Janeiro. He found a penguin 10 years ago. The penguin was lying on the beach, he got into an oil slick, and his whole body was covered with an oil film of fuel.
It seemed that the penguin would not survive, but the man managed to save the life of the animal. The man took the penguin home and began to clean the feathers from the oil. He fed the penguin with fresh fish and after that, the animal gained strength. A few days later the man wanted to release the penguin into the wild but the penguin became very attached to the man and did not want to leave him. At first, he lived with the man for almost a year after that he abruptly disappeared.
The man did not even expect that one day he would see this penguin again but a couple of months later the penguin returned. He swam to the boat on which the man was sitting. The man again remembered those days that he spent with the penguin. This has been happening for 9 years. The penguin comes to visit the man and stays there from the beginning of summer until the end of winter and then leaves for Patagonia.
