She enjoys both exercising and challenging conventional wisdom.

Erica Riszko from Germany began to study in the gym at retirement age. Now she can keep the bar for more than eight minutes and inspires fans of all ages with her successes.

The star of social networks and the fitness woman Erica says that she likes to play sports and challenge generally accepted ideas.

Erica was 55 years old when her daughter wrote her to the local gym, and now she visits her six times a week: «I study twice a day, at least three times a week, so on average I spend 12-14 hours in a day. A week in the gym», she said.
