The dog, which was rescued by PETA, was matted, and got a fresh haircut. She was very happy about getting a new haircut. Winnie, after being confined to a kennel, had matted fur. She weighs 15 pounds and is a mix of a poodle and a Lhasa apso.
The dog’s reaction to finally being free from the mat was priceless. She burst into a dance to celebrate her new haircut. She currently has a permanent home where she lives with a sibling named Honey.
