Journey to Freedom: Mia and Sita’s Heartwarming Transformation at Wildlife SOS

Two elephants are in ecstasy after being freed.đŸ„čđŸ„č

Life has been extremely difficult for Mia and Sita. Two elephant sisters were shackled almost all their lives, they were forced to perform and entertain people in the circus. However, all this suffering has ended thanks to Wildlife SOS, an Indian organization for the rescue and protection of wildlife.

These two elephants were rescued by these volunteers and are now at the Elephant Conservation and Care Centre, a sanctuary where they can live in peace. Mia and Sita arrived at the center after traveling 1200 miles. They looked sick and tired. Their bodies and souls were deeply scarred from years of torture, but nevertheless, they were able to enjoy their freedom.

Mia was looking for another way to express her joy when Sita entered the pool for the first time in her life. She just lay down to have a bath and enjoy it! That was so emotional that it brought tears to the volunteers helping these two beautiful creatures.

The elephant needs to rest every day, but when he is chained to the front and back legs, he usually does not comply with this requirement. Mia was a vivid example of this!

Mia and Sita seem as content as ever, enjoying their new life. Yet, they need a long time to fully recover.
