Rescuers decided to follow the puppy around to see where it takes them.
The streets of Northeast China are unfortunately full of stray dogs. But one organization, Northeast Animal Rescue, is working to help these dogs. They try to give good homes to as many stray dogs as possible.
One day they were doing their usual patrol when they saw a pretty sight.
This community, visited by Northeast Animal Rescue, had many stray dogs.
Everywhere you look, there are dogs roaming everywhere. They tried to chase one strong-looking dog, but that only led them to another stray friend. The dogs just watched them pass and waited for them to leave.
They continued their patrol and stumbled upon a lone puppy, which unexpectedly barked at them.
However, the dog did not bark to drive them away. On the contrary, it was supposed to inform them of something.
The poor puppy even teased them desperately, hoping that they would understand what he was talking about. Since the people didn’t know what was going on, they decided to follow the puppy to see where he was going.
Rescuers followed the puppy up a narrow staircase, where they saw the tiny puppy climb up onto its tiny feet.
Despite its size, the puppy nimbly climbed every step, as if doing the same thing every day.
Having reached the top, the rescuers found out where this puppy was taking them, to a friend.
Climbing the stairs, the team discovered where they had been sleeping all this time.
The puppies huddled in the corner of the building when they were tired or anxious. The more they explore the area, the worse their situation becomes. Before taking them in, they first fed these hungry and thirsty babies.
