Phuong Nguyen (of The Hardwood Model Design) is a Vietnamese craftsman who crafts detailed wooden miniatures that are portrayed to size. Their creations, which range from historic cars to ancient wooden cameras, include even the tiniest of features. In contrast, several of their camera models include working parts and can even take changing optics, demonstrating how accurate their copies are. Nguyen began creating these figures in 2014, after quitting his architecture degree to pursue his own interests. The brilliant painter says My Contemporary Met, ”I enjoy art and would like to make it accessible to all.” ”Since not everybody can afford a library of lengthy cameras, I decided to make them as a thank you to those who came in front of us, producing and preserving value in the world.”
Each one of his models takes him 4 days to design and at least one day to put together. All of the photos are presently handmade, and the designer takes made – to – order requests for better camera models.
