Cute scene: this lovely dog takes care of the kittens like a foster father who lives in the same house

This dog places the kittens under his protection and comforts them.

Raylan is on a mission and takes it very seriously. For this dog, it’s taking care of the kittens, who are welcomed by their owner to prepare them for adoption. He instinctively turned into a surrogate dad for these fragile little animals.

Raylan, once an abandoned dog, has been taking care of kittens for 7 years, which her volunteer owner welcomes into her home. A job that he loves and that brings him a lot of benefits, according to Dodo.

Very attentive and kind, he takes care of orphaned or abandoned little felines who are entrusted to Laura Tindal. He places them under his protection and comforts them.

He has always been an active dog and this mission suits him perfectly.

“Raylan is always so happy and excited when a new kitten arrives. He spends a lot of time watching them, cleaning them and gaining their trust, his owner explains. They play, cuddle and have fun with each other, which is very important for Raylan’s mental stimulation”.

Laura Tindal recently had 2 kittens, brother and sister, Ron and Hermione. They were found alone in the garage, skinny and dehydrated. While the foster mother looked after them and fed them, the dog calmed them down. He loved them from the moment they arrived home.

Ron was even more attached to Raylan, to the point where he never moved away from him.

Then he laid him down to look after him. Ron even learned to state this special treatment by standing in front of the dog and meowing into its eyes.

Raylan knows what it’s like to feel alone and lost. He himself was abandoned by his former owners when he was 2 years old. He then ended up in a euthanasia shelter, and because of his behavior, he was in danger of being admitted there.

Raylan just needs activity and stimulation. Something Laura Tindal realized before adopting him.

She taught him everything; the order sat, walked on a leash, responded to his name … “He was so smart, responsive and just eager to learn,” recalls his owner.
