This woman thought she won’t see her dog ever again when he got lost.🥹🥹
One day Debbie Petranck’s small Pug-nosed Terrier, Zeus disappeared from their yard. Debbie couldn’t find the dog anywhere and she kept looking everywhere. After coming empty-handed with her searches, she started making “lost dog” notices in newspapers.
After two years, she received a phone call from Friends of the Dearborn Animal Shelter, who told her that her dog was found in Detroit. So she had to travel from Florida to Detroit in order to be reunited with her cherished dog.
Reportedly some guy rescued the dog from the streets in Florida as he thought that the dog was a stray. After some time, they relocated to Detroit and when the dog underwent a checkup, they checked his microchip which identified Debbie as his previous owner.
She was overjoyed when she saw the dog, however, before the meeting, Debbie thought that the dog would have forgotten her. Although, when the dog saw her he immediately recognized his mother.
The scene when she and the dog reunited was heartwarming and proved that you should never lose hope.
