The artists Paul Roden and Valerie Lueth had this idea about 2 years ago and started to work on it every day. A truly colossal piece of art will be produced as a photo print, wallpaper pattern, and also as a diptych and triptych. The thinnest wood carving, thoughtfulness and variety of details, balanced composition, and, of course, distinguishing size – these are the key aspects  that make woodcuts essential for contemporary art.
