The cat was rescued and received the necessary medical attentionđđ„°
Kay was working one stormy night when she heard a sound and after following the direction of the sound, she found a little cat meowing and asking to be let inside.
And after finding the cat, Kay called her roommate and revealed that it was raining and cold so they decided to let the cat in at least for the night.
They brought the cat inside and washed his hair. The little kitten was extremely underweight, thirsty, and hungry, and it had rough spots all over its body. He ate all the food that he was presented with a bowl. While the people working with Kay were deciding whether to call an organization, the cat cuddled up in Kayâs roommateâs, Laurenâs lap, and slept.
They eventually named the cat Chuck after the CEO of the business that he was discovered. According to the vet, the catâs age was between one to three-year-old. He had a broken leg which required amputation as well as an infection caused by a bite wound
Following the surgery, the cat is now in better condition than when he was found, and he is coping with the new life with three legs and continues to recover from injuries.
According to Lauren, the cat loves to laziness around and eat all day and spends his time with her, and returns the love that he receives from her, back to her. He also loves to be stroked and touched on an ongoing basis.
Each morning Chuck wakes Lauren up and asks her to feed him, meanwhile, every night he cuddles with Lauren until they sleep.
